Things to Consider: 1. This is my very first video editing job, or attempt to capture video. The R* in game editor was used. 2. I had originally uploaded this video to the R* Social Club in low quality and felt it was sad quality for having spent a number of hours on it, considering it was my very first video. 3. I went through the clips and did some much needed editing, added the interior limo view, fixed a few film rotations, edited the audio a bit, and shaved some time off the video where not much was going on. Story Behind the Video: This is footage from back when LCPD Sergeant Chris Sern was working with the NOOSE Team. He was working in conjunction with a bait car squad intending to capture as many auto burglary suspects as possible in a controlled environment. In this case Sergeant Sern was watching a vehicle for any potential “buyers” when a call went out over the radio that 2 suspects had just stolen a white limo while it was parked outside a hotel.
